Victim of DV has 3 kids and is in need of a protection order from abusive husband

Client is currently in the hospital due to the last beating her spouse gave her. children are currently with family members so the father can’t harm them as well. Years of abuse towards the applicant has made her very afraid to call the police and seek protection. With no legal status, and this last at risk of death beating she has called the police and file a report. She is seeking an order of protection as the spouse is sending her life threatening text messages.
